when i am tuning cars some of the cars the i am making are more powerfull than the exact same car, like my first skyline gt-r 34 it came out at like 1051hp but then later i made the same car but it had much less hp, if you know why please let me know.

Why would you want doubles of everything? That's just a waste of credits. Ofcause that is unless you have the credits and you have very little left to finish.

Oh and I don't know why the game is doing that

when i practice drifing i try to do a awd drift with a high power skyline, but the highpower skyline (the 1051hp) is tuned just right for regular racing but i want another 1051hp skyline for drifting(i know that it is over powered). but ive found that i can get more powered cars than i have had in the past, like a 998hp supra to 1052hp supra, i know the oil change trick and i keep getting diffrent hp readings, i dunno i think it hates me.

Well, if you won the first one and bought the second, the second will have 2% less hp because the engine hasn't been broken in yet. So, if you go and run around in the second for about 200 miles, it should end up with the same hp (you might need an oil change at that point though). But if you bought/won both....I dunno....wierd...

There is this funny little option called "Save Settings" somewhere in the settings menu. It prevents you from having to buy a car for each new setting.

Maybe you didn't give the other one an oil change, like Purple Platypus said. Maybe you have enough miles on one of them that the HP is decreasing, too.
