Will deleting b spec Bob result in your B spec level dropping?

I would hope not. But then again the "fully customizeable" transmission has only top speed customization so I don't want to try it and lose a few levels.

Nope. I've deleted mine, B-spec level stays the same but obviously your new driver level will start at zero.

Good questions!

But i guess the B-Spec level is really rating YOUR OWN experience in "directing" the drivers, NOT a way to measure how experienced your driver(s) is(are)!

A-Spec is your experience as a driver
B-Spec is your experience as a director (not your driver's experience)
