Yes there will, they were confirmed a while ago. Theres a couple of useful threads located at the top of the page, one is alook here before you ask, the other is answers to all your GT4 questions. Rather than create a new topic for every question we ask people to ask small none opinion related questions in the answers to all your GT4 questions thread. And please use all the sicky threads as they are very useful.

Finally I wan't to say welcome to GTP jon_blaze_25, I hope you have a good time, and discover lots of good info here.

Jon Blaze, welcome to GTPlanet. I'm John, from Houston, TX, USA.

As reported in the GTP thread "Gran Turismo Resorts," secondhand car dealers will more likely be accessible in allowing used cars. And this is a blessing since you had to buy a new car from a dealer. And since 10,000 Cr isn't enough, you had to start with 18K Cr. And if you're a loyal and respectful and honest person, you won't rely on GameSharking to complete GT4 at 100%. This has been mentioned long before, so in the future, try to search more often to avoid being flamed on with "use a search" talk. Having said that, nice to have you on GTPlanet. Farewell to you.

If the Odometer is back in GT4 (which I really hope it is because it gives a car a feeling of age and use when you can see how many miles you have clocked up), then I would assume that used cars would have mileage on the clock.

As cars age quicker in GT3 than in real life (i.e. engine power decreases after 600/700 km) I would assume used cars would also have a proportionate value..... i.e. a 3 year old car would only have a couple of thousand on the clock rather than 30,000?

It will be interesting to see how this works.
