Windows Firewall. Off or On?

Hi all,

The red shield just popped up in my system tray saying that windows firewall is turned off. When I go in to the settings, it is turned on.

I any ideas what is going on? Could it be a virus?

It does that to me when I boot up, but if it's doing it in the middle of your windows session, might want to check for a virus or maybe spyware.

I have run both AVG and Spybot and they came up with nothing.

Try running another anti virus, like AVS.
