Windows Problem (help?)

When i try to copy a file from my laptop to shared PC just like i have for hte past 2 years, all of a sudden it wont and this message appears "insufficient quota to complete the requested service".

Any ideas how to fix this?

Next time you try this, close as many programs as possible. How much RAM do you have? You just might be low on system resources.

Go to My Computer, right click the drive and select properties, click the quota tab. Make sure quota's are disabled.
