How do I perform systemwide changes? For example, how would I go about changing all users schemes to Luna Silver instead of the default blue? Or making everyone's homepage the same?
I'm not sure (I only have one user on my computer: me), but I don't think that would be possible to be globally. Hopefuly, someone will probably prove me wrong, though.
