Summer has left us and winter is coming, that's good and bad. Good because I like the cold, but It's bad because if it rains then there's really no point in going anywhere.

It's already rained here and the dark clouds are blocking the sun. Has winter hit you yet?

Oh it sucks to be you. What, 50 degree temps and rain? It started snowing here today. So quityer*****in! Oh, I almost forgot, I hate winter. :)

I don't mind the winter just the transition between summer and winter and vise versa. I would rather have it snowing and 20 degrees than have the 40 degree rainy wether we are getting now. Every one says fall is beautiful but the way I see it, everything is dying.

That's terrible that winter is upon me. I hate winter. I don't like the cold and I don't like snow. We get plenty of both here in Wisconsin.

It's already snowing in Calgary, it'll be our turn soon. Anyone else wants to go to Cuba for 4-5 months?

yeah, I spent most of my morning putting on the winter tires, where are you from? If you dont mind me asking.

βlackbird, you big blubbering vagina...

Current conditions in San Jose: 64°F and raining.

Current conditions in Calgary: 23° and snowing.

Um ok? Even though it's not rocket science to figure out that San Jose is not the coldest place in the world, but ok...

I'd rather be at a place that snows, but I know i'll hear it sucks because i'm sure it would with driving and all, and I bet you guys would love it here but you wouldn't. People are so ignorant over here that drive.

Hehe, summer is only beginning here.:D Its a nice 24 degree celcius day today. Just last week we had a 38 Degree day.:D

I awoke this morning to see a bunch of WHITE stuff on the ground. It's been snowing most of the day.... :(

Finally getting chilly down here. It should get to mid 70s fahrenheit at lowest.

it's 6 degrees outside, it's raining, and we're making bbq chicken for dinner :p

Can't wait for the snow to start falling. There's nothing better than having bbq in the middle of winter... granted, it takes me about 30 minutes to shovel the snow out from around the grill but it's so frickin worth it :D

What are you talking about here. You have an oxymoron as a sentence. You say we would and wouldn't like driving there in one sentence. You are contradicting yourself in the same sentence. You are saying we would love to drive there and we would hate to drive there in the same sentence. You say I bet we would love it and but you wouldn't in the same sentence.

I don't like snow and it is going to snow later this week. It stinks when we get snow here. People drive like turtles on the highways and on roads. Most of the time when it snows right now, in the earlier part of what I call winter because it's cold and most call fall, it rains before it snows because it is warm out and then cools off. That stinks because everything is covered in ice.

I hate winter in Toronto. Our streets turn into ugly, hideous rivers of brown slush. I can't stand that crud, it looks like liquified feces. That, and all the cars around here become hideously ugly thanks to all the salt that accumulates on them.

I can stand the cold though, I almost like it, it's quite refreshing to take a nice cool walk... except for the fact that everything outside looks like it's dead, greenery only looks good when it's, well, green. Oh well, lots of good exercise is to be gained through snow shovelling (I honestly don't mind shovelling snow). And I start playing hockey tomorrow! (It's a winter tradition for me)

Salt here is terrible as well. In order for southeastern Wisconsin to save money they salt. They don't plow until we get 5 inches of snow. So when it snows they salt all day as it snows and when we get five inches they start plowing. The slush here is horrible too. The highways get covered in the junk and as it gets cooler the stuff gets more and more like an ice skating rink. You slide all over on it.

Hahahahah I live in South Florida and we don't have a winter, it is 70 degrees all year!!!
So, you have hurricanes. Then again, I am in tornado alley.

Yea well hurricanes are just like a big long snow week :) I live about 30 miles west of the East coast so my house doesn't blow up like the houses on the coast.

Boo! Cold weather prevents the atomization of hairspray. i.e. not volatile. i.e. No more potato cannon. I must find better fuel!

YES!!!! WINTER IS COMING!!! I love winter and the snow and the cold. Then I can go snowboarding! I can't wait! I LOVE WINTER WITH EVERY FIBER OF MY BEING!

Its kinda starting over here, its been dark, cloudy, cold, rainy and just about everything else you can expect when the summer comes....I like the winter sometime...but you know canadian winters, they're brutal.

We had our first cold front come through Florida this past week. It feels great during the day now, but at night its got a bit of a bite that we Floridans don't like.

Great Motorcycle weather though!

/\ couldn't have said it better myself.

I live smack in the middle of tornado alley, but I've never been in one. I'm a lucky bastige.

It's already snowed here a few times. Mostly at the higher elevations though. That could change here within the next couple of days as more snow is in the forecast. Good thing I just put on my snow tires yesterday.

We should make it 8 months. It doesn't really start to get nice again here until about June.

After this winter, I'm moving to the Sun.

Montreal. I suspect we've got a little more than a month left before hell comes down upon us again...

It's been raining all day here. There goes my dad's wax job on the roush.:(
