Wireless Racing Controller

Hey guys, a newbie here. I'm looking at the steering wheels that are available for PS3's and am not too impressed with what's offered out there. Am I missing something? I really don't want to have a cable laying on the living room floor while I play GT5. Thanks!

It can be annoying having the cables out across the loungeroom, I know the Fanatec series has a wireless dongle for some of its wheels, Im assuming it still has a power cable though.

The wireless units are all crap. If you're at all serious about having a decent setup, you'll realize that a cable on the floor really isn't a huge inconvenience.

Wireless anything will always be slower than wired, its the nature of the beast. If you want the best performance, you need a wire

If you want to use a good wheel, accept the fact it's going to have wires. It's a pain, trust me. But if you want the experience it's worth it. Only takes a few minutes to set things up and put them away. I usually launch the game and set everything up while it's loading.
