Middle finger.

Mostly cause I have a terrible habit of having to highlight text as I read it. So being able to scroll and highlight at the same time helps.
 
Now that I pay attention while I'm scrolling I have my pointer finger on the left click, middle finger on right click, and I scroll with the side of my pointer finger.

It's just uncomfortable having my middle finger on the scroller.
 
I use my pointer, but sometimes when I'm feeling lazy I'll use this little directional button in between my laptops right and left click.
 
I use my middle finger 100% of the time. Don't really know why i'm just used to it.
 
Either my middle finger or the page down key, whether with a mouse or a touchpad, it just feels more natural for me to use the middle finger, keeping the index free for highlighting/clicking.
 
I used to use my index finger. Gah, now that I'm thinking about it, I'm using my middle, and it's driving me insane. Thanks a lot guys! :)

Whoever uses their pinky finger to scroll is definitely weird.... :odd:
 
I previous said my middle finger and just now, I caught myself automatically using my index finger, mmm weird!

I'm still sure I'm a middle-finger-man!

I suppose it depends on what kind of mouse you use. I use a pebble shaped Apple Mighty Mouse (with the dinky scroll ball rather than a old fashioned wheel) I think it would be uncomfortable to use any other finger than your index finger with this kind of mouse. I just don't have the dexterity in my middle finger to scroll the ball left and right as well as up and down with the same accuracy.
 
pointer finger.. dont need to scroll and click at the same time..
 
I'm looking at this page using my pinky and my thumb alternately... Why is it so weird?

Oh, right.

*sigh* Now I'm scrolling with my thumb, and I may from now on.

Index finger on a scroll wheel. Middle finger to move around on a trackpad, so on PCs, middle finger to use the scrolly things, but middle finger and ring finger to scroll on a Mac and PCs that support multitouch.
 
Middle, on the wireless mouse I have, my middle finger sits on top of the wheel naturally.
 
Index finger when using a mouse.

I alternate hands when using the trackpad though (which I use most of the time). In which case, I use the middle finger on my right and the index finger on my left.
