No, just my right hand. I've also got two toes missing on each foot, right foot has the bones first two toes wrapped in the skin of one toe, and almost completely deaf in my right ear.

Nothing wrong for being diffrent. I actually rather be different than trying to be something your not. Have you thought of using a couple of your fingers for toes or the other way around?

No, not really. Everything works as it should, so I don't worry about it. I have my big toes, so I can keep balance, and I can use my hands just fine.

I use my index finger (Latin: digitus secundus manus), both for scrolling and touch(pad).

On my laptop: Index finger on my right hand.

On my iPhone: Thumb on my right hand.

Index and middle in an upwards or downwards motion. Once you go Multi-Touch you never go back.
