I piggy-backed on another thread. But, maybe this deserves its own.

I placed an order for G27 springs with them a coupla weeks ago, and haven't heard anything from them. I sent them an email a coupla days ago to their sales address. Yesterday, I re-sent the email to both their sales and enquiries addresses (albeit, it was after business hours on a Friday, for that one.)

Has anyone here successfully ordered something from Nixim, recently? Has anyone had any correspondence with them in the last few weeks? Are they still around? Just on vacation? I see that their profile here hasn't been touched since the middle of last year.

Any current info would be appreciated, before I ask PayPal for my money back.

Tried to contact them some month ago with some questions but got no reply. Not selling their super awesome cockpits anymore which is a big loss it seems.

I would not be afraid to buy used if I would manage to find a racecraft somewhere.
 
Aww, that's disappointing.

I'll go ahead and give them Monday, for a chance to reply to my email from Friday.

Interesting news. I received a reply to my email, today. They said that they would have expected my order to have arrived, by now. So, it sounds like they're still around. And they give the impression that they had shipped my order out in a timely fashion.

And it arrived today. I placed the order on the 7th, and the postmark on the package is the 16th. Airmail from the UK to the US.

Just long enough to make me nervous. But, they are still in business.

I was going to say cancel the order and get a GTeye,but glad it worked out for you.
 
Dunno. I replied to his last email and let him know that you were here asking. Suggested that he pop in and say hi.

If he doesn't get around to doing that soon, you should go ahead and email them, again. They appear to be actually answering, now.
