Jerome, where are you getting these splits from? I mean ... I can't figure out how the splits *I* posted equate to those on your leaderboard ... you seem to have something completely different written down .. :boggled:

Just a little problem with the data entry ;) I've fixed up the leaderboard, and I'll let Jerome know what the problem was. Should be good to go 👍

The only other one that comes to mind is C'etait un Rendezvous ... I guess you could call it a Tarmac rally :p

yeah, I really wasnt sure how Luxy's board worked past the minute barrier so I tried just putting them in as minutes and it didnt seem to work and I thought I would get to it this morning, but Luxy came in to the rescue. Sorry for that guys, now I know what to do, whew! Laters.

I just drove some on the Grand Canyon with the Mitsu CZ-3.Car behaves nicely.

OMG You guys are NOT gonna believe what just happened to me! I ran GC reverse and got 2:xx.063 reverse, was pretty good I saved it. IMMEDIATELY went to forward and got the EXACT EXACT same damn time! Talk about being consistent eh? WOOT! Has this happened to anyone else immediately BACK TO BACK?!?! I dont think so...lol. COOL! But I'm not happy with my forward time, but I'll keep both replays incase you dont believe me...heheh.

New splits for Grand Canyon FORWARD (I'll run reverse tomorrow). Managed to shave off a good chunk of time and took the hairpins so beautifully in the 205 that I swear it was better than sex.

HISTORIC (FORWARD)

HAhahaha, funnily enough I zoomed through a hairpin and a camera guy only JUST got out of my way ... I instantly thought of YOU and how I must be fairly close to being on your heels :p Now all I need to do is run the sucker over and I'll be going fast enough :)
 
Okay NOW I am worried, Once you get the reverse down pat I'm in a heap of trouble. Looks like I may have to take my car out for a second spin later this week, eh? LB Updated.

Finally got the Clio all the way around the track without doing a 360. In hindsight, I probably should of picked an easier to handle car, but what can you do. I'll post some splits up later tonight hopefully.

What I was wondering, is how much your set-ups differ from the last week on the flat ice rink to this week. I started softening my suspension and stuff, but I ended up going exactly back the way I had it. (Full Hard Springs, Full Low Ride Height). I guess I just don't know how to set-up a rally car...
 
Note, I have been running laps with all four cars but have not had the patience to post up split times, will try to tomarrow morn.

The Stratos is completely out of hand so, I might just give up on it for this week and my 95 Impreza is'nt making me very happy either. grrr

I strengthened my front spring rate from a soft 6 to 9 and raised my rear spring rate from 4 to 5. Then lowered the car completely, and put my stabilizers at 7 front and 6 rear (was 4/4 on ice) Then I went to my downforce and kept the front at max and lowered the rear to about 80% (this # varies from like 18 to 30 so just above the first hash mark on the right i.e. go from 30 to like 25 or so. LSD I kept at 5's all around. Weight balance is equal still brakes I bumped up to 20/20 although I dunno if I feel any big difference in it compared to level 3 or 5. Tranny I put my cars to about auto 19 (the point where the very tip of your last 'green' gear hits the center of the top right corner of the little box. From there I lowered each gear NUMBER so that there was less shifting lag. This REALLY came in handy for my FF car as it allowed my to keep the car in 2nd gear and trim 4 seconds IMMEDIATELY off my lap time each direction. So dont be afraid to let the rps slide down a little it MAY be better than shifting more and experiencing that lag. Hope that helped some.

Whoo, I finally found the time to put some laps down. I can't for the life of me get the starion to power oversteer like I need it to, even with the front wheels receiving only 10% of the power. Oh well. The DeLorean on the other hand is flying smooth as silk in comparison. Right now it holds a 2 second lead on the starion in the reverse section. :lol

I ran a little tonight, but my boyfriend and his friend needed to be entertained, so I'll have to get up early tomorrow to finish off. I *did* slash a good chunk off my 206 WRC REVERSE, so maybe I'll finish reasonably well this week in that class ;)

Got my runs in for Grand Canyon this morning. I wish I'd had more time, but I didn't get a real session in until today. It's fun though ... definitely a challenge.

Both laps 100% clean :D

If my math's right, that puts me ahead of Jerome ... we'll have to see if I held him off at the line! It's gonna be close :scared: :trouble:

I was able to do a few laps tonight in both class that I'm running in. And once again my Historic Car is faster than my piece of poo Group A/WRC Car. :ouch:

I seem to be incapable of finding the results from stage II *AND* I can't figure out why the overall leaderboard isn't organized in points-order ... Iceman is higher than me in the WRC, but has less points, and the Historic category is all over the place.

What am I missing here?

EDIT: No matter .... after clicking on a few links, I found it. Jerome, could you make this a little more obvious to find, like in big bold letters in the first post add a "RESULTS" link that go directly to the right page?

And I still can't figure out why the positions are all over the place (and not organized by points) ... perhaps someone can explain that.

Congrats to all the runners ... I'm really surprised by my WRC result, but I'll take it :p And I VERY, very surprised by my Historic run ... I guess this little motor can do it's thing if I put in enough time (and no one else does :p)

Excellent showing Nat! You're the only one, out of all the classes, to have a better Section II then your Section I time in the Historic Class. Nicely done! 👍
 
I got ran short of time today with making the last tweaks on the leaderboard. Follow the point standings column, I just didn't rearrange them. I'll do it now that I am back.

@BHawk ... good point ... I never would have noticed that! I must admit, I was probably slow going through the first way with the 205 ... never really put *too* much time into that due to my b/f and his friend wanting to play, and I had *way* too much fun running in reverse :p
