Preseason Week 5 - Division 1 Race at Monza
Mixed Class - Mini 3 lap battle report...

GT500 cars roll under the Bridge... GT300's in the distance...

Getting ready for the rolling start.... Green Flag!

Meanwhile...

Senninha leads off Turn 1... Masi in hot pursuit...

Masi closes in off turn 6...

Gravel traps claims first victim... Masi takes a peak...

Masi wisely backs out as Senninha narrowly avoids a stricken Nismo Z... The lead pack lines up after exiting Ascari...

Battle of the late breakers commences at the end of the straight... GTP_Aizen leads the pack coming into Parabolica...

Nowhere to go: Aizen is chased down by other cars through the massive slipstream... This cannot get any more closer...

Woops! I guess i spoke too soon... And from a sexier angle...

At the line... Remaining cars just a few seconds behind...

Kamykaze wins the braking battle coming into the first chicane... Senninha takes the lead back through the second chicane...

Lead pack dives down turn 6... Ok, now they're just showing off!

Fast forward a bit and 3 remains... Kamy, Senninha, GTP_Masi...

Field catches up coming into parabolica... GTP_Masi leads to the line...

Four Wide...

Top Gun?

Masi leads the pack off the first chicane...

Masi starts to put a little distance...

To no avail: Field catches up through the slipstream...

Back as group into parabolica...

Back to the same formation with Masi at the helm... End of Lap 3, 32 left...

Looks like great fun Masi! Nice pictures too.

You do fine work in commentating the race, but I have a little to add.
It makes reading a lot more immersive if you add things like describing the sounds, smells and sights as if you were a driver or spectator.

Example: Masi in the Autobacs was hard on the throttle pinging and popping with each gearchange leading up to Parabolica, it was a battle of wills as brakes screeched, tyres locked up and threw acrid clouds of smoke across the track.

Sign-ups is open until wednesday March 9th 20.00 PM (EST).

We are about to kick off round 3 this Friday. And since 2 races out of ten will be romoved/not counted for, all drivers that enters the championship from round 3 got pretty much the same possibility to win the total (But you can not remove 2 races since your 2 races that you'd probably remove from your final result will be the ones were you scored the least amount of points).
