The Results Are In!!!!
After much careful deliberation, I have decided to award
three first, second, and third place winners. The results will be detailed as follows, and I will place a schedule for which the prize winners can expect to claim their booty in the first post of this thread.
I will also notify all winners via private message.
The riddle that entrants were to solve was
I am not old, I am not bold, but you may find me where it's cold.
Let me state that the day after I posted this thread I had improved the riddle to 'I am not old, nor am I bold, but i'm a wonder to behold. (and you may find me where it's cold) But by then it was too late. lol.
Nobody guessed
the answer I had in mind for this riddle which was '
a snowflake' After reviewing all the entries I narrowed the finalists down to 19. Obviously there were a lot of great answers that I couldn't squeeze in to the winners list. So I then managed to whittle that number down to 11.
Now, without further ado, I will announce with great pleasure, the winners of this competition, and a brief explanation of why they were chosen.
First Prize
These two answers were the closest to 'a snowflake'
I go for:
Hot prostitute in Moscow at winter time.
I actually facepalmed when I read this. I would not have considered it in the running but for two reasons. 1) The next couple of posts lauded it as the popular vote. and 2) Monatsende expressed love for the car in a later post.
Second Prize
This cracked me up. Unlucky not to win first prize.

Times New Roman - font in blue. Just like the one used for the riddle?
Here's my thinking - it's not old (New), it's not in bold and blue is a cold colour.
Am I over analysing this?
