Would anyone be interested in a WRC-style comp?

Just say so if you think you would. We could have 3 classes: Group B, Group A, and Modern.
If there is any interest I'll go into more detail of the classes and cars/restrictions. I don't think proof would be necessary because there really is no reason to cheat, it's just a game.....
I don't think there will be a points system either, we just go until interest dies out. That way the results of each round can be posted, nobody has to worry about having to pull out of the comp because they are on vacation or w/e. So it's just good clean fun basically.

make a points system and i would highly consider joing(after seeing more details)

I dunno dude, making it an actual "championship" tends to draw some folks away. Seems like everyone is always going somewhere for months on end and it usually ends comps.

But I guess I can come up with a rough draft if some would rather have a championship.

Points
1st-ten
2nd-8
3rd-7
4th-6
5th-5
6th-4
7th-3
8th-2
9th-1

Rounds-
Each round is divided up in 5 stages. Each lap counts as a stage. Each round is a week. You can give me your stage time whenever (as long as it is before deadline). In fact, if you pull a good time then submit it, and then give me 2 more the next day, and 1 the other etc. that is fine. Just make sure you get them in before deadline.

Races-
If you don't know what tracks we would do for w/e reason : all dirt and snow and then cost di amalfi and citta di aria.

Championship-
Driver's: This is for one person only. If you have a co-driver esque guy giving you settings tell me and I could add his name to the rankings.
Manufacturer:Should be self-explanatory, although it will be divided by class and then an overall Man. Champ.

By the way you can't really assign team names or anything. Whatever manufacturer makes your car that is the "team" you work for. You drivers points account for you manufacturer points. So support you fav. team and do good!

Classes:Group A:any rally car 1987-1996.
Group B:any rally car 1980-1986
Modern:any rally car 1997 to present
truck/light truck:any van, suv,or truck that is a rally car. This also includes crossover SUV/cars.

Did anything ever come of this?

If anyone's still interested, it'd be nice to see a Group N or PCWRC class added.
