What do you mean "converted the body into an s15"?
You could swap front ends with an s15 by getting some conversion fenders..s15 lights, hood, and bumper (but I'm sure you already know that).
It definitely wouldn't be worth it to convert the body (whatever that means). You'd have to buy an s15 as a donor car..which would probably cost you around $15-20,000...and I'm not even sure the s14 and s15 have the same dimensions...width..length..etc. Your best bet is to just wait until JDM Evolution legalizes the S15 or just swap in an s15 motor and get yourself an s15 front end conversion.
