Would this be illegal?

So I built a PC a few weeks ago and I put windows 7 64bit on it ( the OEM version).

Seeing as I have a few spare parts for a build, I was thinking of building a PC and seeing if I could sell it for a profit, and I would use the windows disk that I already used on my other PC to save costs.

Would this be illegal? Obviously I don't want to do it if it is illegal, so that's why I'm asking.

Wasn't sure where to post it either so it's here :P

Thanks. :)

Not sure.

If it is the old motherboard/CPU it still should be fine.

If you no longer use it and have it preinstalled and activated should be fine.

You wouldn't even be able to do it in the first place.. How would a single PC key work for multiple machines....?

The only legal way is magic. The keys are registered to Microsoft through the internet or offline activation.

An OEM license is not even legal to transfer to a replacement computer if the first one dies. The OEM license dies with the computer.
