You're really sure of that? Most of the racers here are on the GTP_Registry, and not to muddy the name of GTP_ drivers, you kinda have to drive smartly.

So you're kind of wrong there, you know?

Since the horrible Japanese earthquake we have been exposed to another side of community courtesy that is inherent in Japanese culture: the lack of social turmoil, looting and craziness that goes on in the US when natural disasters occur.

Here's an interesting piece from CNN on this subject: http://news.blogs.cnn.com/2011/03/1...tion-in-line-with-deep-cultural-roots/?hpt=C2

The worst attitudes and drivers ive ever experienced have always been from Americans. And its always so apparent where they are from because they are so proud of their nationality.

I would say some canadians play dirty aswell. I dont think any particular nationatlity play better/worse.

Japanese players are very honourable:D No ramming or unclean overtaking.

In my experiences, people are people and people will drive like people.. Make sense? What I'm saying is that no nationality drives one way.. If that were the case, all Americans would just drive NASCAR's and do drag races and all Japanese players would drift around all over the place and that obviously isn't the case.. While it might be true that some people fall into the sterotypes, that is a small minority of people..

I have driven in Japan and there's a BIG difference between how they drive and how we drive in the US. Even their traffic jams are very orderly. If someone wants to turn right he stays on the jam packed right lane, even if there is no one on the left lane for miles, no one attempts to cut into the right lane as we do in the US. I did that a few times in Japan because I didn't realize what they were doing, and I felt like an ass even though I really did nothing wrong, I was just driving as we drive in America. Driving habits of different nations are very different, and that has absolutely nothing to do with racing.

You may be right The Japanese are more Courteous in Japan, but how about if they live in America? It just may be that it's the Country itself as you will find people in Japan don't generally shoot each other like in America nor is it as Dirty.

^ Generally when people immigrate to a different country the first generation will keep their link with the home land, following their culture and customs, the second generation will be more Americanized. That's generally true for all nationalities.

Japanese drivers overtakes only in advantage.. japanese drivers dont return to track if they make mistake, they wait for good moment to get in the traffic even if they loose few spots..japanese drivers respect two car battle ahead and not getting involved untill someone makes mistake or being overtaken.. and most important is that they dont make ninja moves, even if they got a good fedback for it they dont do that.. they make they first lap by lining up and and real battle goes after half the lap, not like in most of other lets just call it gtplanet races where the half the grid dont make it even to the first corner..:banghead:

Dont get me wrong, im not complaining to nothing or nobody, kaz give us full damage so sooner or later if you want to participate in this kind of races youl just be forced to drive to the way up above mentioned.. im just here paying my respect to the most professional drivers i have meet..

And no, im not wrong..

p.s.by this way i want to pay respect to the victims of accidente, sorry for my bad english but intention is sometimes more important the just good spelling..

It is not just japanese, i have had kids from the europe, asia, america smash in to me with their veyrons on the Lemans track, as well as cut the bends on the long stright just so they keep their speed, when on an Australian server when the rest of the field are driving in GTS classed cars. it is just one group who rams, most players i see drive cleanly

Not so popular to say this on gtplanet, but I totally agree. Though I have had pretty good experience with most of the top guys when I played gt5p.

Japanese players are not only very clean, but they are among the fastest in the world 👍
