WRC4 Menu guide

I just got World Rally Championship 4 for PS2, the Japanese version. I got it because I live in the US and wouldn't be able to play the PAL version.

So, since the menus are all in Japanese, I could use some help with them. I can read some katakana, but not enough (still working on that). Does anybody know of a Menu guide, screenshots of the PAL version menus or any other media that could help me out? Google hasn't turned up anything.
