My mom touched my computer and it turned off. She just touched it. It was the most hilarious thing that's ever happened. Luckily I've never had anything as serious a problem that you're dealing with...but still. I'd recommend getting one of those computers with a panel over the "ON" button that you can open and close, they come with a lock...:sly:

I may have stated this before, but I'll say it again anyways. System Restore does more harm than it does good. Most malware embeds itself into the restore files anyways so that really isn't of much use. In addition, Sys Restore doesn't do a whole lot. It merely resets key windows settigns back to the way they once were. It also sucks up crazy resource usage which could be better used on a set of good scanning apps to constanly monitor the system :)
