Limited Slip Differential
It can be changed at the same screen as the gears.

...if you have a full-race modified LSD installed (or if it comes stock, like on most race cars).

Hello there silvia guy!
My ol dad's gonna buy a 200sx soon. Its a 99 auto touring model. Is it still fast (i.e. nearish the manual) and how is the touring model different to the standard?

Hi, Trappy. This sort of thing is best handled with a PM. Thanks.

the LSD keeps the inside and outside tire spinning at the same speed, or allows them to spin at different speeds, depending on how you have it set up. This makes the car more/less stable in certain aspects. LSD settings can make or break a race/track/drift/sport car setup, I would suggest looking into them a bit further :) I know its a pain in the arse, but read the descriptions that GT3 gives you in the settings menu, or google up how they work.

Please tell me you don't know that offhand.

As far as vehicular LSDs, your best bet is to stick with the 1.5 way (or 1 way for FF) LSD until you know more about adjusting the LSD.

Heck I just put the 2-way LSD, it acts like a set of Detroit lockers, put 'er on a RoadRunner or SuperBird and light'em up skeeeeeeert! :D
