x-port problem

anyone of you here install x-port in windows XP pro?
i got problem installing it.
the version of my x-port software is 1.10
please help

i installed it on xp, and it will not load. i ge the x-port screen and then it locks up. its a little frustraiting right now. i have too many idea's!
