Wow I didnt expect to do this but I did, Im so happy. I used the nose cam after my 5th and 6th try on Suzuka and I instantly went 2 seconds a lap quicker. Im so happy that I thought I would share with my fellow GT5'ers. Try the nose cam, it helped me a lot.

No.

Nose. Cam.

First camera from distance. It is closest to the road.

I am hittin' level 30 soon, but I'll try Roof view as well :).

I wanted to use the cockpit view but the car just too shaky....using roof view for the moment...

Nowhere near gold though...lol. Just bronzed Monza yesterday...

So it took you 6 attempts on suzuka, which is about 20 minutes. The other two must have been a right pain then!

im fast on bump camp than roof cam when im driving with no seriouness.. seriously, but i can easily approach the corner on roofcam.. its all about mental state driving this beast, i sometimes doing 1:02's and even do 1:01's on x1 without caring on corners like getting them sharpely or through my gas and brakes, its all about me actuali, settings : tcs 3 , abs 1 , anti skid 3 = sebastian vettel x1 video settings.

Apologies but I actually meant the highest cam where you can see the nose. Not really a 'nose cam' so sorry for that. The car just seems so stable. For anybody stuck in bronze use the incredible front downforce at low speed of the car by braking and turning sharply together and then getting straight back on the power. Its a technique that works. I dont use power braking (ie braking with a flat throttle) as the weight doesnt transfer fast enough for me. I did a 27.9 first split at Suzuka and pretty much full throttle through the esses except for a very small lift on the final left hand sweeper before going onto the uphill right. The car has immense grip, just believe in it and it will reward you.

2 days of course leading a completely normal life! Work, responsibilities and the like. Im just surprised at myself, not trying to big myself up. It is a real knife edge rollercoaster ride of a challenge.

I thought you had the patience to sit there for two days!
