I know there are threads out there already, but I searched from my phone and it didn't show up. Has gt5 got a speed limit cap when not drafting? The fastest I can get this car is 334.7. It is still pulling then just quits. Any ideas?

i think the only way to reach the true top speed with maximum long gears is by drafting im sure someone will correct me though.

It's not Need For Speed, I suspect you simply witnessed the aerodynamic limits of the car.

If you're talking MPH, that's a LOT. The car still has limits. If you're talking kilometers then you have some gearbox fixing to do.

Try adjusting the final gear to the left for more top speed a little so you have more power in 7th cause it sounds like you are at the end of the powerband.

I got to 535km/h without draft last night in the X2.

I tried that gray,I've hit the same speed at 14500 rpm as well. I think theyre right, I'm at a aerodynamic wall. I think my mph is what 538 kph.
