Oh sorry. Haven't played in a while. Must of missed that with the new patch. So the only way of getting it is to do the Vettel challenge? Oh. I done it before it's just I'm only Level 24. Cheers.

if you reach B-spec level 35 you get one for free.

try Vettel challenge as from lvl 30...
it cost me 30 mins to get silver, gold, silver, and prolly 1 more hour to gold all 3... you can do it to get all bronze. Then you have earned it yourself.
