Anything over 1 million can not be traded. Get to level 35 bspec or aspec and the game just gives you one.

yeah this is a new playstation, new PSN, old one i had the password set by a friend when i was in iraq in 06-07, dont remember how to log in, so made a new PSN, and i have 3 friends LOL, and none of them play
