X2010 Challenge Question.

I've long since atleast bronzed the X2010 challenge, but I'm currently trying to play GT5 from Version 1.00 and don't really have time to play A-Spec up to level 30 to try the original X1 challenge, so my question is if I get level 30 B-Spec will it still unlock the challenge?

Yes, i have done that on a secondry account. Level B-spec up, do x1 challenge, get lots of xp for A-spec.
