Its got nothing to do with if its vettel or carbon. The previous version (1.05) only lets you edit the top speed, but the current version (1.06) lets you edit the whole gearbox.
Yeah i know that. And i just checked like 5 mins ago. My vettle one which i won recently (post 1.06) i can only do final gear ratio, my proto which i traded for (pre 1.06) i can do all gears. Just wondered why the difference
