X2010 PP question

How come the performance points increase when you lower the power? I noticed it has the highest rating in the 1300hp range, why would that be?

Because PP isn't horsepower. I think it increases slightly because the handling gets better. I don't know really, that's just what I think.

Right. At first I'm pretty sure it was power/weight ratio with a conversion, but they updated it and I don't understand the new system. I don't like the whole pp thing anyways because it hardly balances the racing out. Set a minimum weight, set a hp limit, done.
