It's been real for awhile now. I doubt anybody has driven it though. There's even a video about the real build in the GTTV in the game haha.

What tires does it have? Someone should drive it? If it's not going to be driven there is no point of making it.

Yeah, real model. Not real car.

If the car can be made in real life, the tires will need to be pretty good because it will be hard for them to last. What kind of tires would the X1 have if it was made in real life?

Special tyre made for the X2010, i guess. And it won't last long i believe if it's made real.

Higher Gs on the ground could rip of the normal racing tyre to shred.

Tyres work fine when they're gripping. It's when they start sliding that they start to disintegrate. Higher vertical G forces will help them grip.

What requirements have to be met to receive this X1 you speak of? Wasn't familiar with this car.

^Get gold, silver or bronze to get the Red Bull Liverly X2010. Or just get your Bspec to level 35. You could buy it, if you only gets on level 40 on Aspec and cost 20mill.

Er...how does that work?
I thought higher Gs means stressful pressure on tyres. Not to mention the suspension.

On the side note...
I tend to see X2010 slide.A bit. :p
But that little 300km/h slide could cause alot of damage on normal one.
Even normal cars takes corner will slide a bit.

Yep. Especially when you drive any LMP car after driving the Redbull. Borefest..I hardly drive it just my bobs.

I've always felt like the GT series lacked a video-gamey sense of speed. There's no imaginary white streaks flying at your car and the walls or sides of the tracks can be pretty far away. 150mph doesn't feel quick by any means - no matter what you're driving. The only cars that actually "feel fast" to me are the X2010, F1/FGT, and LMP/Group C cars. GT just doesn't have that kinda "zoom acceleration" that you can find in other driving games. I'm not saying this is a bad thing, I'm just saying it doesn't give the allusion to speed as much.

Vertical Gs push the car down onto the track and then pushing your tires against the track more. The added force on the tires causes more of the tire to flatten against the road and - as daan said - as long as you have maintained traction you will have more grip. It's the loss of grip (skidding, drifting, etc) that causes tires to have rapid disintegration. The stress on the suspension is irrelevant at this point - we're talking tires, here.

But this is also true to life its not a problem with the game.

Have you ever been to a trackday or raced or even just been driving fast on a motorway for a while, then when your on a public road your accidentally doing 50 instead of thirty and feel as though you are crawling along.

also the cars I have bought over the years have had higher and higher bhp because anything else feels slow now and my car now just feels normal but when i drive anything slower like my girlfriends car it feels like a chore.

Its just a mental thing
