You've all seen Kord's super vid...


... and I think it's time we need another one


This thread will be used to organize future projects with the chat drifters

Post here for:
- ideas
- song suggestions (post in SONG-ARTIST format)
- videos with some cool editting
- anything else related to the current video project

**TEAMS**
- To sign a team up for the video team leaders must post their TEAM NAME and TEAM MEMBERS
- Once your team has a spot in the video, it is up to you to get your own footage and select a song to go with your part
- LIMITED TO 8 MINS OF FOOTAGE (depending on how many teams sign up)

Also post if you want to be added onto the recorders and editors lists

IDEAS:
- In the credits, we categorize the drifters by team with a quick solo run
- Drift Family footage with Team footage in between
- We can line up in starting grid formation and have a cam-car go through the middle.
Then when we edit it, we can have the names appear as a car passes by

I will be giving a real song suggestion later and I'll try to give you suggestions with video transitions and stuff like that.

I don't know goracle, I really don't know if I want to join this vid. I'm sorry but until people in the chat get most of their act straight (not singling out anybody), I don't know.

Has anyone else noticed that a lot of the people that used to the chat regularly just... disappeared?? Patty(haven't seen him in a while), Asy (definitely gone), Martin (he's actually good not like other people say), and even me, I just go there nowadays to talk to a COUPLE of people.

I barely drift like I used to, I might get one or two runs done, but back then I was so eager to drift, now it's blahhh.

maybe we should go back to time stamps so we DEFINATELY get some runs in :dopey:
 
this isn't contributing but i had to share. The other day on my way home from work in my 240sx it was raining a little. So i take the exit ramp off the highway, and turning onto the main road i took it a bit too quickly. Now with the Tomei 2-way lsd, too much speed and a wet surface the rear end likes to come around. So i'm not doing it on purpose but i anticipate it's going to slide. Sure enough it does so i go with it, apply some throttle and catch the counter-steer. As all this is going on "Lange Ft. Sky-Drifting away" starts playing :sly:. Just thought it was a really awesome coincidence. Love the song and seeing it listed reminded me of that.

Back to the topic, can individuals contribute video clips? Is it for online tandem drifting only? I wouldnt mind trying to get a nice replay to share. :)👍
 
hmm... if we need some spare footage, sure why not

but for now only tandems and team runs
 
The lack of replays and new cars is really making drifting boring. If we get replays I think you'll see a lot of people drifting more.

Also a lot of outside factors can be to way people are drifting or not including weather, things happening at home or any other number of factors aside from the chat room.

it's a GROUP video. We can include the evolution of GT drifting or something

but I guess we can settle for only GT5P
