Hey all

What do you lot think about Yellowcard? Personally i think they're an excellent band who don't do anything too OTT, and had the guts to put a violin into punk rock music.

What do you lot think?

P.S I did search for this before, i found no general discussions.
 
They aren't bad, but I like the other bands on Lobster Records better. A Small Vicotry is top notch 👍. But Yellowcard is ok, I'm starting to like the "punk" music or whatever the hell it's called now.

Well at least someone (kind of) likes them... apart from me that is.
 
Dude check out A Small Victory, they are excellent, you will like them if you like Yellow Card.
 
I don't much care for Yellowcard; with the exception of the violin, they sound very similar to a lot of other bands (doesn't mean they're bad though).
 
Gotta love the home town heros. 👍 Whenever they release a new song, every station down here plays it like crazy.

I like them, and am looking forward to their next album.
 
I went to see one of their shows. I got thrown out of the concert for throwing an Xbox game (from a nearby demo station) at the dark-haired dude, who was hitting on my date. Yah, so I had to leave.

I think they kinda suck, too. It also turned out my idiot friend was doing promos for them.

for a so called punk rock band that is very pop-rockish, i actually like them alot. I dont usually listen to this kind of poprock stuff and i'm more into heavier rock. but yellowcard was one of my fav at the beginning of 2005 :dopey:
 
I realy don't like Yellowcard.
First time I heard them I was thinking they wernt bad, then the guy started singing, ugh. :irked:
 
I was under the impression that they were one hit wonder as well, then again, I don't listen to radio much..... I think Yellowcard's OK. I haven't heard them in few months, but I think I liked what I heard.
 
I like their new single "lights and sounds" ok.. but if you wanna listen to some better stuff hit up some Senses Fail.. I know their different types of music, but still.
