Yet another DLC question.

Hello guys! Thank you for looking in! We I'm not sure if it's been covered already or not, but yesterday my brother was using his account on my PS3 but he couldn't buy any of the Toring Cars, it gave him the message saying he needed to install them. So we went to the DLC install button and the only one waiting there was the last DLC, the original pack was not there. No cars, no tracks, no gear, no paints.
Is there any special procedure we need to follow here?
 
The original account on the PS3 that bought the first DLC pack needs to download the "Family Upgrade" in the PS Store. Look for that in the store, download it, and your brother should be able to download it on his account and play it. See here. :)

One more thing, correct me if I'm wrong family pack is only available for the car and track packs?
