You can get 100% in GT2.

I know this is ment to be in the GT2 part but I put it here for you guys to read. Plz don't shift it Mr Moderator.

In my Pal version of GT2 I got 100% no bull crapping here I swear.

I think you have to complete the vent synthersizers or something I'll have to check. And do all the arcade and stuff.

It might not work for NTSC but should for PAL. I am sick of people saying that the game is not complete but it is god dam it.

So listen to me plz because My New Zealand PAL version worked.

I believe you, but keep in mind that it is common for a game company to release newer versions of a console game with minor bugs (ie: spelling errors, missing textures, MATH MISTAKES!) worked out of it. I would bet you got a fixed version. I got GT2 the week it came out, and it is only possible to complete 98.6%. This is due to the removal of drag racing events. If you watch the intro movie carefully it flashes track names, ?two? of which aren't in the game. When they chopped these out, they forgot to recalculate the % value of each race. This was later fixed, and now you can proudly say you got 100%. Good job! :)
 
Well if you say that you got GT2 on the first week it came out I got if brfore you. GT2 in NZ was supposed to be released on Wednesday or something but Gamesman let my get the game on Tuesday Night!
 
Was it out in NZ before North America? I got mine just before Xmas. And of course I have done the event generator... give me a break! I've also done all the manufacturer races and Arcade on Hard. And, this whole thread should be in the GT2 forum... :p
 
Well i think since yours is the NTSC version it's different from the PAL version that I have.

The PAL one should get 100%. And yes GT2 came out in North America b4 here.

could be cuz you bought it later.....there was 3 ver.
The first one could only go to 98%
I dunno bout the 2nd one
3 One (Greatest Hits Ver.) CAN Go to 100%
 
i have 2 versions. the first one that came out on the release date and the greatest hits ver. one is 98.2% (i think) and the other is 100%, on the same game save. if anyone cares. a couple of the cars are different also.

Do you have to do the arcade mode to achieve 100%?
I've got only 96 or 98 or something like that.. I've got the Platinum Version.
