It'd be pretty hard to improve the handling on something that has no suspension and just caster wheels in the front.

You know, you could probably take a hammer in with you, then turn the cart up on its side and camber out the wheels a little. You could maybe even just use a can of soup to bang on it.

It would turn a lot better if you replaced your sim tires on the front with T8's. This would involve using a spray adhesive on the wheels.

While you've got the hammer, you could also give the back wheels a little toe-in to keep it going straight down the aisles.

I kinda use to have your problem. i wud constantley buy cocaine and stay up all night playing gt3. i often stayed home from school just so i cud sleep for an hour or two.then play some more gt3. when i did go to school in class i wud make sounds like i was an f1 car.(the class did not like me). I eventually got to a physcatrist then i was prescribed xanax which i know take to not play gt3.
Hope this helped and remember its only a game:confused:

You know u play too much when you take ur shopping cart and stick a carbon fiber hood on, add TE37 Rays on it and start bouncing off other people's carts to get a tighter line while racing to get to Aisle 3(dairy section)

You ram people with your cart because they are going too slow.
You add full racing suspension to a shopping cart
You add a stage 4 turbo and a racing tranny to a shopping cart
You take those motorized scooters around the mall and try to make the tightest corner going into a store and ''accidentally'' take out their stealing censors:D

You peoples are funny!

Now I take the racing line on my bike too, and I shift gears instead of 21st and go. Unfortunately, the rear shifter is stuck in 5th so I shift with the three fronts. 1st -> 2nd is WIDE and 2nd -> 3rd is too CLOSE to be any good.

Now, in my auto tech class we got peoples that make car acceleration sounds. But what hasn't been tried is duets and/or trios.

One person does the motor, 2nd person does the turbo, and third person does the blow-off valve. Maybe even a 4th can do the exhaust flame sound *BOO-O-O-OM* (echos).

I find that shopping carts understeer naturally, but if you power on around the corner you will get oversteer. Thankfully there is no open diff on the rear wheels :D

That's funny Impreza STi, I recently got into biking and picked up a full suspension bike. I can't really take lines as well as if I was driving but getting better. I thought about trying to lower my bike and it's got disc brakes too. :D I had this led red reflecter and I stuck it on the front of my bike and made it ocilate (sp?) from side to side and called it knight rider. :D :p

I got a nice bike with a suspension last summer. It's really easy to lower, too. You just have to pick it up and unload the rear spring, and there's a nut you can adjust for the ride height. I think most of them are like that.

The tires on it really suck, though. It's got really knobby dirt tires. I need some regular ones, or at least the the dirt tires that have the slick stripe down the center for road use.

i love drifting the shopping trolley round the corner hehe sometimes i hit the display stands with the front corner of the trolley. hehe

I one had "slicks" on a bike, an old 10-spd with a nopn-working shifter on either end. The rear tire was really worn down and almost bald, so I took a knife and clipped the remaining ten knobbies off, and the tire was a slick. Put it on the front, and it had good road grip, but not in the wet or off-road...

Damn this sucks, (sitting at work) I went biking this morning and well lol I did a drift, one that I didn't do on purpose but anyways it was cool, I think my friend can drift on his bike although I'm not sure what a bike version of a drift would be?

Nick:banghead:

You can drift a motorcycle/dirtbike, especially on dirt, but I've never seen anybody drift a bicycle. I suppose it's possible, but it wouldn't be anything impressive. It just wouldn't work well if you were peddling. On a slick enough surface, you can hit the rear brake and sortof drift, but that's really not much of a drift at all.

You know you've been playing too much GT3 when

Speaking of modified shopping carts, there was an episode where Al Bundy had modified a shopping cart for a shopping spree...it had a custom cover with flames and some blades that came out the side

When you make a thread that has already been reincarnated way too many times and decide to take up more server space by creating another thread for people to post more useless spam on. . . Oh yeah, and not even include a list

ROTFLMAO @ SETTINGS FOR SHOPPING CARTS lmaoooo wowwwww.. this is the funniest thing i've seen in weeks...WOOWWW tears are starting to come from my eyes from laughing so hard...WE ALL Play too much GT3

I guess I've played too much GT3 as well:lol:. I actually started thinking up of a way to invent a suspension system for carts to help soak up bumps in the floor. It's no fun to have a lot of soda in the cart then hit a bump or a rise in it (shaking soda is not good in the first place) :ouch:. It's like a model T: No suspension and any small imperfection in a floor (or road) will always feel like a giant pothole to whatever rides over it.

I've been having fun pushing the cart around corners and sliding out the rear wheels to simulate a drift. Making skidmarks in aisle 5? Don't worry, Lysol is in the next aisle...:D

Oh, and has anyone come up with the idea to pour oil on one of the aisles then push a cart through it? I bet that would be fun (I have NOT done it myself). Just make sure you pay for the oil after you're finished in case the manager has a problem with it. :trouble:

I'm so obsessed with GT3 that I like to brake hard just to see the brakes glow over and over again. I purposely set the accelerator to the right analog stick, set the brake for the square button, then I take a high powered rear-drive car to where the Bosch logos are in Laguna Seca (with the car's nose pointing up the hill by the corkscrew). Drive the car to the dirt right in front of it. After punching the gas, with no traction control, I then hit the brakes while I'm accelerating at the same time. After a few minutes, I exit the course and view the replay. The camera focuses just right so that you can clearly see the rear brakes glow bright yellow. It's fun. Not as fun as shopping carts I assume .

I have to confess...

When I'm running in the morning, I find myself planning my line when I go around a corner.

Hahah :)
Same here when I walk to school 👍

I do the same thing. My sister reckons I can't control the trolly and I tell her I know what I'm doing.:)

When I'm racing around the block in my Trail 90 I'm constantly looking for the apex of the corner and trying to take it at faster than 35 mph... so far I've get off the gas (chickened out)
