You know you play too much Gran Turismo when:

You make a thread titled "You know you play too much Gran Turismo when:"

-You expect A-Spec points for driving to work
-You're more worried about the 5 second penalty after a collision than whether the other guy's insured.

Der Alta
Ahhh... The old stand by.

Perhaps my best one was "You know you're playing Gran Turismo too much, when you're Cockatoo imitates the engine sound while you're racing Midfield." :D

You're playing GT3 too much when...

Jungleracing.mp3 Right Click and "save as". An MP3 of me racing an F094 around Midfield.

HA HA! That's funny Der Alta.

HAHAHAH! Classic! That reminds me of my old budgies, any time I'd watch F1 they would sing as loud as they could for the entire race!
My Budgies do that. They go crazy when I'm watching a movie/TV loudly or when the hoover's on.

In fact listening to Der Alta's parrot has made my Budgie's go crazy. :D

Hmm, I take a racing line everytime I walk......Drafting behind other people is a benefit too.

when you make car noises in you head... vrrrrrooooomm... pssshhhhhh... vrrroooommm... or is that just me???

I know when I've played too much Gran Turismo is when I start to fall asleep while driving. Like a sixth sence I keep on driving fine until my eyes shut; then disaster happens. :D

-You try to draft people on the freeway and make attempts to shoot by them passing them-

has anyone tried this?

Sort of, but you end up tail gateing which is dangerous.

On the highway, you accelerate to the redline and pull (SNICK!), push (SNICK!), pull (SNICK!) in your Honda S2000 Type V '02 which managed to get past emission and crash tests with 245 HP and 162 lb-ft of torque.

With disregard to the highway, you speed right through a radar trap at 166 mph in your Skyline GT-R V-spec II '00, which was somehow rebuilt with LHD and passed the barrier of emission and crash tests with 269 HP and 285 lb-ft of torque.

You spit on an Acura NSX three times: Once for having an automatic tranmission, the second time for having Ivory Leather seats instead of a Recaro Cockpit that fits like your favourite jeans, and the third time because, well...it's an Acura.

- take any race of GT quite seriously to the point where you are frustrated or yell out loud at the stupid AI for ramming into you.

You understand the Gt4 physics system to the point where you can spin your friends' car at will :D (just did that this morning. He was indeed pissed  )

You know you play too much GT when...

-You come up beside other cars on a freeway around a sharp turn and ram into them expecting to bounce off of them.

-As soon as you buy a car you get an oil change to increase your horsepower.

-When someone calls you a backseat driver you say "It's not backseat driving,it's B-Spec mode, dummy!"

-You think that if you hit a wall or another vehicle your car will sustain no damage and will just bounce right off of the object.

-You buy multiple memory cards solely for the use of GT.

-You had all of your GT cases bronzed

I hit the apexs in my lane, but I don't swirve all over the road. I also heel toe whenever I drive. Sometimes I go out for a spin at night with my racing shoes:)
