Your Avatar: do you match helmet/suit?

One of my favorite fatures in GT5 is the ability to personalize your ingame Avatar. Even though you are limited to the helmets and suits available in the game and cannot create your own from scratch, it is still very nice to be able to choose how you are going to look while racing.

I've seen that a lot of players matching their helmets and suit's color to their cars, and although I think it looks cool, I find it a bit unrealistic, since most real world drivers (me included) have their own personal designs with colour schemes that don't necessarily match their team's sponsor colors.

So, my question is: a)do you match your your helmet and suit to your car, or b) do you use the 'real world' approach?

Well since I don't have a glitch suit, yes I match the helmet and the suit. Since I don't race regularly anymore I don't match my suit with my sponser and when I did race regularly I didn't either. I have what I considered my lucky suit and helmet so I always wore that one since I never crashed with a fire involved. LOL.

In my secondary account (the DLC one) I use Kaz's helmet and black alpinestar suit.

I believe its part of the DLC outfit pack, there's a white and black alpine suit and a white and black Simpson Dismondback helmet just like Stigs'

On topic though, I've been using the same suit, since the update, that enabled us to take pics of our avatars. I can't remember exactly what they're called but it's a flame something, both helmet and suit. I never change it as I never really see my avatar.

If you've never seen the British TV show Top Gear, you won't know who the Stig is. Stig is their masked driver who drives supercars around a racetrack for a time on the leader board. his identity is secret...

The "stig" outfit is the original outfit you have when you start the game. Once you change it you lose it.

Combined, the suit changes color to reflect the car or manufacturer, but only while in the car. Get them in the Marketplace section.

I found a very good 3 color combination suit and helmet that suit me and I am very happy with them even if some of the suits look cooler.
The car does not matter.

I would change it to Sebastien Loeb's rally suit, but I hate that I lose the helmet and suit I previously wore.
