Given the popularity of Le Mans Hypercars and LMDh's in the past two years, it's time they feature the golden era of endurance racing, and I hope these will likely be included in the "over 500+" car list at launch:

Alright 5 race cars, 5 road cars.

1. An actual Carrera Cup car. Not fussed on generation but it's been an odd omission in my view.
2. Aussie Race Cars. Something a bit more light-hearted to just have fun with.
3. Gen2 or Gen3 Supercars. The ol' VF is 10 years old now. Nice that it's still there (unlike the VE and FG) but yeah, Aussie wants Aussie things - go figure.
4. A Super Tourer or two. There's some cool old race cars in Forza, why not some of Britain/Europe's finest.
5. TA2 cars. A bit of NASCAR, a bit of Supercars and a bit of club racer all rolled into one cool beast. Would be a fun car to tame.

1b. Toyota GR Corolla - Hot topic at the moment.
2b. Holden CV8 Monaro - It and it's variants seem to be slipping away from the scene at the moment. To old to be highlights, to new to be classics. Hopefully it can sneak back into the Forza franchise at some point.
3b. Mazda6 - Mainly using Forza for a touring car series, so a modern Mazda sedan would be a nice addition.
4b. Rover SD1 - Always though these were cool looking cars and would add to the fairly strong GrA list from recent games.
5b. Hyundai Excel/Accent X3 - A man can dream

Hopefully the push towards a more motorsport-oriented game doesn't see the sandbox side suffer too much.
Surely there's room for the two to co-exist in a game.

Oh, well. One thread in the Forza Forums.

4 onoy has three Lancia cars but they're the three I miss the most in Horizon 5 (I'm sure most of you can guess which three). Curse Stellantis...

I have a theory on brand/vehicle licenses and after reading T10/Microsoft's goal to add more licenses and cars that have never been in the series before.

I think MS is going to leverage their assests when negotiating car licenses. Whether its Azure, Windows OS, Office applications, Teams, etc. This will entice those licensees into working out a deal. To me it makes sense and its why imo they always had a better line up of cars. I'm curious if they can lock GMA tho, that would be fricken awesome!!!!!

This will be themed around the climax of low drag and track-focused hypercars.

This hasn't been confirmed to return yet but I really hope it does return as otherwise I may hold on purchasing the game at launch:

So, if SuperGT was a Forza fan first, wonder if this car would make it in Forza, before Gran Turismo. ;)

These two in these liveries would be nice🙏

My list:
367-GT86.jpg

Toyota GT86
2022_Toyota_GR86_Premium_in_Track_bRed,_front_right_(NYIAS_2022).jpg

Toyota GR86
Nissan_Skyline_R33_GT-R_001.jpg

Nissan Skyline R33 GT-R

Most likely these cars will be added, except maybe the GR86. Although it appeared in FH5, so maybe they will decide to add it to FM

Some iconic Super GT GT500 cars from the last seven years. Makes sense because Super GT/JGTC were once a part of Forza since the very first Motorsport and hasn't been getting much attention during the Xbox One era, with the 2015 Nissan GT-R NISMO GT500 being the sole example of such race cars since Motorsport 6.

This also gives the opportunity of a new car division: Forza Super Touring Cars.

I like the trend of what they have done with this new motorsport with bringing some cars from FM3/FM4 era. It can continue alongside the release of new to forza cars and with them making booster/dlc packs. Heres a few of my ideas of cars they can add which would really expand some divisions and fill in many holes. First they need to add some tabs for more divisions like Trans-am, V8 supercars or Forza Super Touring, Forza GT should be split into GT1,2,3 and Forza P3. Content wise could be the following:

Classic Prototype Cars they should add:
1. 1980 Ford C100
2.1982 Porsche 956
3. 1984 Chevrolet Corvette GTP
4. 2000 Audi R8C
5. 1970 BRM P154
6. 1972 Shadow DN2
7. 1970 Chapperal 2J
8. 2002 Cadillac Northstar LMP900
9. 1998 Riley&Scott Mk3
10. 1992 Toyota Ts010

Returning cars: Aston Martin AMR-one, Porsche RS spyder, Audi R10tdi

Group 5/GTX/GTO cars they should add:

1. 1979 De Tomaso Pantera Group 5
2. 1981 Porsche 935 Kremer
3. 1977 Toyota Celica LB turbo
4. 1977 Chevrolet Dekon Monza ( even though it was leaked and might be coming anyway)
5. 1988 Chevrolet C4 corvette GTO
6. 1986 Ford Thunderbird TransAm
7. 1988 Audi 200 Quattro TransAm
8. 1990 Chevrolet Beretta TransAm
9. 1986 Mercury Capri TransAm
10. 1984 Ford Thunderbird GTO

Returning cars: 1979 porsche 935/78 MD, 1981 Lancia Beta Monte Carlo turbo, 1994 Nissan 300zx IMSA GTO

Classic GT cars they should add:

Bring back all of the FM2-FM4 GT class cars updated and rescanned while adding the 1996 Oldsmobile Aurora GTS-1 as a bonus.

Some cars that would really spice up Forza GT:

There`s a long list of car I could wish to see but there`s one that sands out. This one:

And here with a capable "S-class" setup, notice what cars it passes and how (2nd qual-lap):
