I'm definitely not good at graphic design, but I think I'll mostly make liveries for cars that can have interesting customization options, such as certain bodykits, rear wings, etc. Otherwise, I'll mostly stick to making a basic livery that uses both the official sponsors/partners of the FIAGTCs like Puma, BBS, and Michelin, but also part manufacturers used on the actual car, whether it's stuff I install via GT Auto like the Brembo brakes, or parts that are already installed even as-stock, like how some hypercars have seatbelts by Schroth or Sabelt. Heck, I might even include the fictional brands that may connect to my car, too, like Auto Plus or Brighton Antiques.

I do certain takes on replicas. Doing BTCC Super Touring liveries, on the GR.4 Atenza. Seeing the GR.4 G70, if it's FR(hope it's not 4WD), I'll make another replica of my avatar. I've done a couple for the Crown Athlete in GT Sport, but really want the latest car.

I'll have to see what the GR.4 car list looks like. If we get updated GT4 cars, I'll probably replicate the GT4 European Series liveries.

1938 Alfa Romeo 8C 2900B:
The same car (Chassis #412035) PD modeled for GT7 won the very first Watkins Glen Grand Prix in 1948.

Another 8C Lungo Berlinetta won the Mille Miglia in 1947.

1944/45 Ford GPW/Willys MB
Some Jeeps in the USAAF were painted in a bright yellow livery and were used as “Follow Me” vehicles to guide outbound aircraft to the correct departure point.

1952 Mercedes-Benz 300SL W194:
The W194 that won the 1952 Carrera La Panamericana.

1956 Porsche 356A GS Carrera:
The 1951 Porsche 356 SL that won the 1100cc class in Le Mans.

1971 Nissan Skyline 2000 GT-R
The GT-R that won the 1971 Japanese Grand Prix at Fuji Speedway.

I'm already predicting that Living Legend will be the car I'll work the most, but I would start with a classic livery like this:

(Livery by Sean Bull)
That's what I want to do to the 917LL. The Gulf livery is gonna look sooooo good on that thing! Kudos to anyone who does the Martini and Rothmans liveries for it too.

I would probably make mostly unique and custom liveries, but the addition of changible body kits and other things is really exciting.

Personally I'd like to give the new Porsche Carrera GT the full-on GT1 tune treatment since we now have rollcages, widebodies and wings back in the game.

I'd like to base the livery off the one-off Carrera GTR by GPR Racing. Maybe not an exact 1:1 replica since it's pretty plain but certainly utilizing a similar kind of stripe and the same black/red over silver colour pallet. Get some sponsors on there an all that too.

Then I'd also like to get the 2017 911 RSR factory livery on both the 917 Living Legend and the 911 GT1. The black, red and white one with the Porsche Intelligent Performance badges in the grey stripe. I love that livery so much and put it on the 962 in Sport.

Also on the Genesis Vision GT car in Group 3 I'd also like to put a Hyundai "N" factory livery on it like this I30N here. Absolutely love the Hyundai factory colours too.

I'm going to carry over the liveries I have in GT Sport if it lets me
More likely to need to recreate them. I don't seem them bringing through the old coding - the existing editor uses an old format for SVG's, so they'll probably want to update it to the new format. It would be awesome if they can find a way to make the new editor bring in the old stuff though!

If I ever wanted to make one cursed livery combo, it'll this one on the '99 GT500 GT-R: (I already did this on the GT-R GT3 and both '08/'16 GT-R GT500s)

Sticking to the cursed livery combo, I think this one for the returning Evos takes the cake:

Yes it may be the Evo VI in the second picture, but they share the same livery either way.

After seeing the Audi R8 LMS Evo, I look forward being able to recreate the 2019 WRT base and choose different color combinations.

And as for the Ford GT Race Car '18, it's either one of these special liveries or I'll redo the stock livery base just with different colors.

Can't wait to replicate a bunch of 80's 'Corvette Challenge' liveries using the newly confirmed C4. If what Kazunori says is true about having rollcage upgrades too, then that will only help sell the look.

Sounds like a really good open-lobby race idea too.

I don't think there's any way in heck you're going to get that many people rocking C4's with a roll-cage and a racing livery in an open lobby. Might be worth starting a casual league or something in the online racing section of the forum. That would really help the idea along even more.

Would probably be pretty easy if Polyphony brought back the ability to set one-make races using cars from the hosts garage. (From GT5)

Just thought of a few more and honestly, I'm kinda surprised I didn't think about them sooner.

First off, I completely forgot the Shelby GT350R is another Hot Wheels car I have:

And obviously as abit of Shelby fan, I gotta recreate this (Both with the tuning parts AND Livery Editor)

Ford-Mustang-GT35R-C-Multimatic-Motorsports-MedRes-e1435163948652-626x381.jpg

For the Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution V GSR, well what else but to recreate 2 cars at once:

1998_Mitsubishi_LancerEvolutionVGroupA2.jpg

For the Chevrolet Corvette C4 (assuming I can find anything close to Admiral Blue Metallic), it has to be this:

1996_chevrolet_corvette_grand_sport_1585069683bcf3f8e1DSC_0431.jpg

And if I'm lucky with the tuning parts, maybe this:

And finally for the Audi R8 LMS Evo, this is one that I easily remember the most and is one of my favorites:
