I really want a trans-am so bad, preferably a few of them. I know they don't use them for racing but I mean, how many cars are in the game aren't used for racing at all? I think its a real shame.

Well, do you know why they're called Trans Am's? They were built as homologation models for Pontiac's cars in the Trans Am Racing Series. so your statement that they weren't used for racing is kinda.... false.

Genesis R 5.0 ( or whatever it's called)
Kia Optima
Hyundai Veloster
And some more NASCARs (Marcos Ambrose, Martin Truex Jr., and Jamie McMurray would be nice)

Couldn't agree with the Ferrari 360Modena, only the sound, yes...that's sexy :D !
The most sexiest Ferrari's are the last 3 with pop-up headlights.

While I was seeking for a good picture of the Koenig Ferrari, I saw a conceptcar from Sbarro, that could be interesting :

I always wondered why PD didn't include the MC12 in any of it's forms. Having the licence, they should've take advantage of it like they did with Ferrari (well, almost).

Sorry to burst your bubble, but PD does not have the license for the Maserati MC12. It doesn't work that way. On top of geting the license to use car manufacturer names, they also have to aquire the license for each individual car.

I would love to have a SUV pack and a luxury sedan pack and others like that. SUV pack could contain BMW XM5 and 6, Mercedes ML63 AMG and a Ruf Dakara. Luxury sedan pack could contain Maserati Quattroporte, BMW 8 series, Aston Martin Rapide, Mercedes S65AMG and a Porsche Panamera

Just something silly if it hasn't already been mentioned: Customized plates?

Seems just like the type of idea PD would run with...

Yeah, I thought so. Anyway, I don't think the MC12 would be that accessible.

Okay, HuskyGT. I respect your opinion. But I have a different view of the subject. I'm suspect to talk, because I really like the MC12, especially the model of Vitaphone. But I think it's easier to get the license models which brands are already in the Gran Turismo models that brands need to leave, as the Koenigsegg. Of course, would be very welcome new brands, but it is more difficult because the factor of the license. Honestly, I bet my chips in the Vitaphone Maserati MC12. As I said, I'm suspect to talk, because I really like this model. But the fact that Maserati has only one car in the game and lacks the division of races, I really do believe that this car will be added in the next DLC. Regardless, I admire all the suggestions posted here. :)

I love how people just....believe this. No disrespect, but where's the credibility? It's just another forum post.

At any rate, it could very well be true, but again, adding the Gran Turismo S was most likely a business move by Maserati. Think of all the cars in Maserati's history. As we can see, so far, they agreed with PD to have only one car in GT5, and it's no wonder that they included one of their better selling current models. The MC12, though recognized well by us car fanatics, would have been a poor business decision. The car is well over 5 years old.

Really? really? ok well me myself.. I'm going to quote Adam savage from mythbusters "i reject your reality and substitute my own" :)

I wouldn't know if it would be DLC or not, But how about the option to drive our Convertibles, Such as an S2000 or Eunos Roadster, with they tops down. Drifting like that would be awesome! :D

It is a relatively old car with little more than 5 years old? I agree. But you've seen what he did with the Vitaphone MC12 by 2010? Simply swept the GT1. If my bills are not wrong, is a list of titles won:

* 2005: 1st place in the team championship
* 2006: 1st place in the championship teams and 1st place in the drivers' championship
* 2007: 1st place in the championship teams and 1st place in the drivers' championship
* 2008: 1st place in the championship teams and 1st place in the drivers' championship and won the 24 Hours of Spa
* 2009: 1st place in the championship teams and 1st place in the drivers' championship
* 2010: 1st place in the championship teams and 1st place in the drivers' championship

Unfortunately in 2011 were absent in the category. If continued, they would still win.

So I ask: Can a model with this story getting out of GT5? Do not understand why.

Providing the division of Maserati racing in GT5 with the Vitaphone MC12 would be more than required. The history it responds by itself. The sports model might be outdated? Yes, but despising the Vitaphone MC12 is a bit unfair.

Trust me, I want the MC12 in GT5 as badly as you. I was VERY surprised to find it absent. The premium dealership, in general, has a lot of holes that I hope are filled soon.

Too heavy. Should be under 900kg.

We need the vitaphone mc12.
