My Audi R10 Stealth. Helped me through most of the game so far. Though I don't use it much I love that Mugen Civic.

The R8 5.2. It's so easy to drive, it makes me feel guilty of being a sub-par driver. However, on any kind of sport tires, it's an absolutely brilliant thing. Great acceleration, awesome brakes, a strong sound, amazing lines and a truly unbelievable handling. You have to do extremely stupid mistakes to upset it, and then if you do upset it you have the chance to correct it. I love it. I just love it.

Man...I wonder if German laws would allow me to marry an Audi...:dopey:.

Caterham Seven Fireblade. Pressuring unskilled drivers in a supercar can be a lot of fun. This only works on the Nurburgring Nordschleiffe for me. When the suspension is tuned right it's very fun to drive. It's weaknesses are speed curbs and long straights obviously.

Mine is the Dodge Viper SRT 08...

I was saving for a Ferrari, and took a chunk (100,000) out of my budget to splurge on this car. I used it to complete the pro American car races...but I could have used a Cobra.

On the bright side...I do love this car.

Again, not sure the Audis and Viper qualify as "guilty pleasures". :)

I would include the aforementioned DMC DeLorean, though. Would've included it sooner, but I have yet to win it, and there's NO way I'm spending 2mil credits on it! Curious if they have it in the alternate black paint scheme or if it'll only be in the common stainless steel. If I ever get to the point where I've got an extra 2mil sitting around I'll see what fun I can have painting it all sorts of colors. :)

Vw beetle rsi, fir when you really need to embarass some 350/400hp racers.... Blow their doors off in a bug, mockingly girly/homoerotic paint schemes optional for added humiliation.

Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution III GSR '95

It was the first car I bought on GT4, I modified it and tweaked it with love and care...

And I've repeated it in GT5, I still love it!

1970 Stingray hardtop...350/300 is enough for me....new school- either a gunmetal camaro ss plat 454.....(i just think they are gorgeous) or a R8.....stupid fast would probably wreck it in the first 10 minutes....at the end of the day if all three were in front of me i would have to go with the 70' Stingray....

It is when you don't need it, but get it anyway.

You get a full-fledged thumbs-up from me on this one.

👍

Hadn't thought about painting it atrocious colors for added annoyance. Really wishing I had gotten than old Charger with the horrible pink/lavender color, now. Maybe one of those pearlescent TVR colors will do, instead. :sly:

Mazda Carol Deluxe
I used it to get "Max Mileage", drove it, then took it online for some humor :sly:

My (1972) Lotus Europa Special. They mixed up the year on the car calling it a 1971, but they got the performance specs right at the least. Now to get the one sitting in my REAL garage working again!!

L.O.T.U.S. = Lots Of Trouble. Usually Serious. :dopey:

09' Chevrolet Corvette ZR1 RM, started saving for this car the very moment I started playing this game... lol

Chucking a fully tuned Jensen Interceptor with its original 3 speed slush box and standard suspension around Nurburgring. It's demented but fun.

My guilty pleasure car was the second car I bought. The 2006 Focus ST. I drive a 2009 Focus, so me buying this was definitely going to happen. I tuned it up and pretty much beasted so many races with it, including the American muscle car races! I love driving it from the cockpit view. I just need to remember when I get in my actual car to keep it at the speed limit :)

1998 Mini Cooper 1.3 Fully Tuned

tons of fun, and even funnier to race with online...

Agreed, fully tuned '98 Mini is fun.

What really bugs though is that PD have decided Mini is a German manufacturer (so I can't use it in British Lightweights). I know the rights are owned by BMW, but Mini is a British name! If you're going to put Mini as German, you might as well make Lotus a Malaysian manufacturer, Aston Martin and Land Rover as Indian and Bugatti as German! Please PD, put Mini back as British!

I haven't purchased one yet on GT Life, but sometimes on Arcade or Online I like to whip out the Tesla Roadster. There's really something to be said about driving a car who's first and last gear are both "[D]"

Have you ever tried to drift Tsukuba in an electric car?

I could agree with this gripe. 👍 MINI and Lotus scream British just as loudly as Volvo and Saab scream Swedish.
