Now that I’ve been out into the big wide world a few years since finishing school I have transitioned into the workforce. After talking to a few workmates/friends that I have been in contact with I became curious with peoples drive to succeed (or lack of) or people’s ability to whine about a job, yet do nothing to change it.
I personally havnt had any trouble getting a job. Soon as i decided to get one i had a pizza delivery job that afternoon. Worked at that for a few months until i could land a job i enjoy more. Scored that and did that for a few years, working towards another job id like even more again! etc. When my job went bad I looked for a new one. Maybe I'm lucky? fortuante? but then maybe not. I mean i moved 1000km to a big city to give myself the best chance at getting a better job etc.
Anyway Im just curious to see other peoples opinion and results.
Why do people struggle to find work? or, complain about a job and do nothing to fix it? Are they too picky? too lazy? or in some cases is there a geniune situation where there is just no jobs at ALL?
So my question is. How is your job situation?
Are you in a job you enjoy?
Are you currently in a job you’re not happy with, however you know it’s just a stepping stone onto a job you like and your actively working towards that goal?
Are you in a job you don’t like and have no idea of a job you would like?
Are you in a job you don’t like and you’re not doing anything about it?
Are you unemployed and looking for a job you would like but you don’t want to do something you don’t like (being picky)?
Are you unemployed and looking for any job at all?
