Yes, it is fantastic to see many people are still happy to help people out... on the contrary to what others have said in other threads.

Yep, just a matter of a handful of resets now.

For all newbies, it's a lesson to learn ...
If you participate with respect, by the rules and help out others, then people will help you too.
