Your oldest Gran Turismo item?

Ex Girlfriend has my old GT disc - I know which one of those I'd prefer back!

I had two demo discs of GT before it was released in Blighty. Got the old PSX it came on. GT2 with the scratch and sniff arcade disk--- and the CD care wipes that are un opened that I think came with my GT2 disc.

I guess the memories are the oldest... I'd prefer a "GT1 mode" with GT5 physics - some old school races with a Viper blue with white striped GTS,

But I still remember looking at the TV of an electronics store, and stunned at the graphics of GT.
Back then I didn't know it's GT HD Concept

My first Gran turismo was the 3rd one. Got it with my PS2 in 2001 i think. It scrached. Arcade mode dont work no more but the career still works. Good game, played it back in december when my ps3 broke

My oldest Gran Turismo item would be a GT1 demo disc that came with my Playstation in December 1998.

Tribes was faster and more exciting. I didn't genuinely get into Gran Turismo until my old roommate got GTHD. As it stands, I didn't start buying my own GT stuff until last May, when he moved and I had to buy my own copy of GT5 (I got the wheel a few months after that).

Forgot to add that they still work and I still play them from time to time. I also have the memory cards with all my history of the game. These are a great piece of history!

A PS1 original with GT x 2 & GT2 from a car boot for £4 although I had them originally at launch, like most things, I sold them when I got a PS2! Still have a Datel GT cheat memory card too

My Japanese copy of GT3 that came with a thick reference guide with a write up about all the cars in game. As far as I know only the first few copies of the game release came with this additional book.

Still own all GTs apart from the prologues and Tokyo/Geneva, GT2 is the one that technically has been in my collection longest as I gave GT to my brother along with my PS when I got my PS2. Bought it again for about £2 at a later date, thankfully never erased my game save.

I have the first GT (NTSC) and a gray brick PSX that also still works, two D-pad only controllers, and a GameShark that uses that "parallel port" which was covered up on the back-right of the PSX.

Still have GT2, GT3, and GT4 as well, but no working PS2.

GT1, from '98 =) Got GT2, 3, 4 and 5 too. As well as the Prima Guide for GT2 lol
