Not opinions about the car in real life, in the game. If there is already a thread for this car in the game let me know.

It handles really well! I put comfort hards on it a ran an 8:44.833 around Nurb, with 10-30% rain as well. This gave me a chance to see how well the new aerodynamics work in the game. very nice.

It not bad, but not great either. I think it's a bit "middle of the road". Sure, I enjoy driving it but not to the extent that it's my new favourite car ;-)
( plus it look gorgeous, which adds to the appeal )

I don't really like the looks of it (not saying it looks bad either), but once I drove it that didn't really matter to me. I found it really enjoyable.
I think the C6 Z06 will stay my favourite however, I prefer the looks of that one.

I Agree what you said. The C7 has Some Understeer. And its annoying. But with G27 H Box thingy it shifts very nicely 6th and 7th gear are umm pointless more crusing gear. I Find the C6 more fun :D then the C7. The C6 is lighter and has more power So yeh :D

Yes but the Z51 version will probably have more power

I'm impressed with the handling. It's really easy to drive, even on SS tires (more fun than R3 tires imo). I just wish I could tweak the gearbox, but just the gearbox as everything else seems to be dialed in very well.

It's alright, like the "Erlkönig" Version, but with Interior and No Camo.
I'm disappointed, that you can't tune this car. I would love to create a Z06/ZR1 - Version of it, just for the lulz.

I've never liked any of the vettes, the new one is a tiny bit nicer than the older models, but it's still nothing to me, it's easy to drift in other than that it's a heap of **** lo

with the ZR1 the 2nd Vette i like, the car is great in the game and all but just one thing makes it bad for me...you can not do anything with it not even peformance wise or optical not even the colour you're able to change it seems.

Not a heep of ****. Do more research lol. Much better interiours.

You can't tune the car because it isn't the finsihed product, it is still a prototyp.e

Same here. Very easy to drive and control, even on comfort hards with out trying to drift!

I have only gotten up to 5th gear. 👎 The gears are way too long for having 7 gears.

Now isn't that a bit harsh?
It's not like it can't take a corner at a decent speed or anything. I would understand if it couldn't corner at all but I guess that's where personal taste comes into play

My jaw actually dropped when I saw it unveiled, I think it's a stunner.

In-game, I have one major complaint - the transmission settings are unchangeable. If that was allowed to be done, but nothing else (except tire changes) I wouldn't mind one bit. The gorgeous design distracts me from driving it, and I did manage to flip it on Trial Mountain while staring at the bumper...

I like the handling, even on the stock tires. It feels a lot better than the prototype (the camo'd version) does, and the sound is nicely done in my opinion.

The gears are too long, the front is too stiff, it snaps between understeer and oversteer drastically on its stock tyres unless I treat it gingerly and overall it's an average experience.

The problem is, it's got potential.. potential locked away from us.

I know what I want to do to it in order to make it feel better for my taste but it's just not happening it would seem =/

Just ran a couple laps at the Nordschleife and Daytona RC in practice mode. Default SH tires no aids, no abs B/B of 3/1 and added my weight a little to the rear. Cockpit view no hud. Found it to be, well extremely fast for starters. Didn't try and go balls out, just cruised to get a feel for it. Seemed pretty neutral to me, super easy to drive. Hate to say it but a good begineer's car. No big surprises waiting to bite you, almost like a big BRZ/FRS.

Since this is a base model, it's pretty impressive. I'll have to do a back to back with the C6's. Bigger cars aren't generally my thing but it's pretty nimble with plenty of grip and traction out of turns. It's easy to see out of the cockpit with a cool view of the fenders popping up on the sides. My main reaction was that it was just an easy ride, smooth as silk. I'll have to give it a proper trouncing to test it's limits but for cruising the Ring it's real nice.

Never knew the C7 had 7 gears. Well that's a first for Corvette I think.

Ha ik. Its more like Crusing gear. as i said via Earlier Comment to thread. And Honestly track racing wise your only using 1-4 :\

Just an opinion but I imagine the majority of GT drivers don't use their cars completely stock unless they're in a spec series or it's forced option like in GTA. I know I used to drive only tuned/modded cars and so any stock vehicle felt underwhelming. So, yeah I can see how folks would be riled they can't customize the Vette to fit their needs.

I'd joined a tuning prohibited group and that got me interested in just leaving cars at default settings just to see how they drive. Made me need to improve my driving and pay more attention to track characteristics.

I took it round the Ring on Comfort hards, handles GOOD.

When first saw in revealed live, I was like daaaaaaaaammmm:tup:

The C6 sits much lower, makes it look really cool.

I like the looks of the C6 and the C7.

I am awestruck by the new design tho, its really nice.

Ya thats good! I usually take a new car around Francorchamps and Tsukuba, with stock settings. Helps me get to know the car better.
