Almost 4 am again, and I am so bored I am going out of my mind. I have to be up at 6 to take a friend to go pick up his Corrado from some dealership in T.O. :rolleyes: Maybe I just won't even bother to sleep tonight, I don't really feel like it.
 
i get about 7-8 on school days but about 5-7 on holidays maybe less
 
During the summer I sleep a lot more than I do now, but it's from 3/4 in the morning to 11/12. That's really nice. My father yells at me for it, though. Right now I go to bed at about 11, fall asleep at about 12 (I'm going to look into some pills or something, that's annoying), and wake up at 6.

Then there's the occasional nap in English, but that's not REM sleep.
 
i try to get to bed before midnight if i have work the next day....

then i am zonked out till teh alarm goes off @7am....i rarely get up during the night unless i have been out on the razz drinking before hand then i am wide awake for most of the night....

on a weekedn i get up at 7am...same as a week day...i am incapable of sleeping past that time....my body clock is programmed that way...

i have a regular sleep pattern normally but with a baby in the house i get woken regularly.....thank god for mothers..:)
 
Used to be from about 11 PM - 5:30 AM, but now that Cross Country season is over, I get to sleep in until 6 AM! How great is that!

Last night I went to bed at midnight though. I'm one of those people who really needs 9 hours of sleep to function properly, but I usually get about 6. I also wake up in the middle of the night fairly often, but I don't get up.
 
Usually I get to bed around 1am on schoolnights and wake up about 6:45am. Maybe I'm too young to notice that I need sleep. I can go on the day full of energy and still have energy for work and after school activities. I rarely and I mean rarely get over 8 hours of sleep.
 
now i dont really follow a pattern as its holidays and i will got to bed/wake up when ever i want to
