My personal thing is all carbon or matte black, with a red offset stripe all across the length of the car, and red sideview mirrors.
That is kind of "my" team colors.
Otherwise, I tend to like to go with the old region colors - red on italians, silver on germans, green on british, white on japanese, and blue/white on americans.
