Oddly, I had thought that my first post was in the WRS Week 149 thread, but it seems that it was actually post 94 in this thread. :confused: Being a lurker for a couple months (because of Mission 34, the Speedster Trophy, etc.) before I joined (because of the WRS) tuned me into the norms of the site, so I've never been in trouble with moderators for posting habits.

Apparently I still hadn't learned how to construct a decent sentence even as a senior in high school...

First thread? And titled "What computer to get???" I thought for sure that I'd never used multiple question marks on one sentence, but I guess I have...

So, this year I am finally a HS Senior.:) Next year I'm going to a university, and so I will need a laptop for myself. I'm planning on waiting until Vista comes out so the one I get will have a 64 bit processor.:D What should I get? I'm currently thinking Alienware but the others I'm considering are the Dell XPS and maybe an Apple with their intel processor, but I'll consider anything you wise men come up with. Oh, and I intend to be playing games:tup: in addition to all of those papers.👎

I'm not sure on my price range but it should be $1-2K
