So, you paid $200 for something that could be the next betamax? You're bold (and no pun intended).
I totally agree.

You may as well save your pennies wait for the PS3, as that would be able to do much more than play movies in HD...

You got to think to yourself, would you rather pay more for just a HD-DVD Player, like £500-£600 or would £129 be a better price with a free HD-DVD.

Just to make you all feel sick I'll add the prices of everything. :D

xBox 360 Premium $200 (New)
Wireless Controller $0 (New)
Gears of War $55 (New)
PGR3 $16 (Used)
Halo $10 (Used)
Halo 2: CE $23 (New, Unopened)
USB Charger w/ 4xAA (2200mAH) 4xAAA (2000mAH) $14 (new)

*Update*

Unless Micro$*** decides to include their Media center feature for DVR capablities the 360 is strickly a gaming machine. F that $200 for an add on drive. I don't even have an HDtv. Even if they do have a DVR feature it probably wouldn't be that great.

Didn't you just pay 200 dollars extra for a PS3? You gotta think where that extra money's going to.
