The F-150, its best looking and fairly quick, even my B-spec bob won at Daytona and Laguna Seca in a unmodified one.

The F-150, mine is painted to match my Ford GT. The Silverado is a close second.

Another vote for Chevy SSR. GM had some interesting and different looking cars in the early 2000s.

Dodge Ram 3500 cummings diesel because it works for me, literally

Don't think we are talking about trucks other then the ones in game. BTW its Cummins...

I use the Ram 1500 for drag racing because its quick on the take off with 4wd. Other then that the Lightning all the way.

Sorry title doesn't specify whether ingame trucks or not, but since I'm in the dodge camp already IRL, I'll take the ram 1500 in game, sigh, I wish it had premium cockpit

I have to go with the Dodge. I know is the basic trim, not the most powerful one, but I´m a Dodge fan, and I find it very funny to have a quad cab 4x4 truck in a game.

I have to admit I loved it more in GT4 because putting nitrous on it turned it into a drag monster. And also because you could get more power out of it.

I love it in GT5 because of the game´s physics and the Hemi V8 sounds better than it did in GT4.

Lets face it. Even though most people hate it because they find a truck not suitable for a racing game, and because 15 year old children find it amusing to "Ram" you online with it, I bet if PD took it out of the game, even haters would miss it.

The 2004 Dodge Ram 1500 Laramie Hemi is a tradition and it shall stay in Gran Turismo until the end of the gaming era.

NOTE: I Don´t own that pic.

Yeah the hemi is good to get rid of x2010 pitters, but it CAN be abused, like the x2010, just another case of good cars, bad owners, its sad really

I like the Tacoma. Very easy to drive and wins the sport truck races with very minimal tuning. The Ram would be a close second. Slides like a dream haha.

Ha! I totally forgot the Tacoma! It has a very unique feel, but it drives really good. The stock suspension works good, and the transmission is superb. I also loved it in GT4. You could throw in a superchager which would not improve the HP, but gave you like 500 ft lb of torque. You could launch that thing in 4th! You can´t do that in GT5, but it´s still a great car to own :)

My avatar and real life ride. Dual turbo Cummins. Built right with 500hp/700ft lbs torque.

In game would of course be the Hemi.

Dodge Ram. It feels like more of a tank then the Tank Car, and in a game with every obscure sports prototype and racer ever made, in comes the 4-door Pickup truck that handles like a rock filled with rocks. Hell Yeah :D

All base HDMI VGA YPBPR 1 card reader USB hub, camera bag rechargeable remote control data synchronization iPad iPhone, the iPod's dock http://ym6.com/9a

Very convenient to use, suitable for car, home, to travel is essential! Price only $ 62.56!

Yeah, I'm sure it gets great laptimes on every track in the game.

Anyway, Ram for me. Great launches, can out accelerate and out-turn a warmed-up GTR with very minimal adjustment. Also, it's a big hammer for squashing trolls.

I am a Mopar person so I am going with the Dodge Ram 1500 Laramie Hemi Quad Cab. I have 25 of them in my garage.

i'm a ford man, BUT! because there is no F250/Paramount Marauder in the game i have to go with the RAM.

Silverado. It is one of two Big Block Chevys in the game.

That and the Chevelle I'm guessing?

Mine would be the Silverado also. Painted it Hugger Orange to make it somewhat resemble my real life '71 Chevy C/20.

Toyota Tacoma X-Runner is the fastest when stock. I have a fully tuned Dodge Ram which is a beast, but somehow I feel it's too slow to accelerate and too heavy, so that's why I'm not choosing it, I'm choosing Tacoma.
